The Letting Station

A huge thank you to the team at Manning Stainton for helping us through the purchase of our first home. The journey had its complications, but the staff were consistently helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout. They communicated clearly between all parties involved and ensured that everything stayed on track, even when unexpected delays occurred. Thanks again to everyone at Manning Stainton but especially Gideon, Gemma and Ruchelle for playing such an important part in helping us finally get the keys to our new home!

Sam and the team were absolutely brilliant at helping me find a rental property last minute and I have been very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and high quality service from the team. Thank you Sam for helping turn a stressful situation into a much calmer one for us and for all your help and support in finding a suitable property and guiding me through the process to secure the tenancy. You’ve been wonderful and have gone above and beyond. I would not hesitate in recommending Manning Stainton lettings in Moortown.

We had a fantastic experience with Lily during our check-out process. She made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free, guiding us through each step with professionalism and efficiency. Her prompt communication and willingness to liaise with the landlord on our behalf were truly appreciated. Thanks to her support, the entire process was seamless, and we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend Lily for anyone looking for a reliable and helpful person at Manning stainton, Allerton avenue.

Teddy and the team are absolutely brilliant and have gone above and beyond in resolving any issues we came across at the early stage of living at our rental property. We have only been renting for approximately 2 and a bit months but we are very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and high quality service from the Teddy and the team. I would not hesitate in recommending Manning Stainton lettings in Moortown :)

I've been renting a property managed by Alana at Manning Stainton and I've been consistently impressed with her service. She's always quick to respond to any issues, and she handles everything professionally and efficiently. When the boiler broke down Alana resolved it quickly and with minimal fuss and she is always happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend!

I cannot thank Tania and her team at The Letting Station enough for the impeccable service I received when selling my apartment in Pontprennau Cardiff. After a really bad 5 month experience with a larger agent in Cardiff and no sale I was starting to get very despondent. Thankfully I decided to change agents and WOW.... after only 2 weeks of moving my property to Tania at the Letting Station Cardiff it was SOLD. Tania made the process stress free from start to finish and was helpful and professional at all times. She ensured all my needs were met and kept me updated on a regular basis. I would highly recommend The Letting Station to anyone looking for a reliable, First Class Sales/Letting Agency in Cardiff.

Fantastic service from Sean. He has been so helpful during the whole process. We are slowly settling in in the new home. Thank you so much. Anna and Michal

I rented a room with Letting Station as agents. They were very quick and efficient. Sean was very helpful.

Super helpful and reply very quickly to emails and queries (Tania especially). Far above average for estate agents in the area.
