From the valuation all the way through to the day of completion the ladies were fabulous,transparent,honest and always there if needed. The photos and property description along with the stunning brochures were 2nd to none. Nic was amazing on the open day and the property was sold straight away. A truly 5 star service. What lovely ladies. They were supportive, always at the end of the phone, cared about the property we were selling, were enthusiastic and professional. The pictures they were produced were second to none and the level of detail and thought put into the narrative exemplary. Also, not just one medium used to sell the property, very forward thinking practice, we were delighted with the service. Time and patience was also afforded to us in abundance, we felt like we were the only people on their books but of course we weren???t! It was an estate agent fee worth paying.

Bought a house through Northwood and had super service. The staff were very friendly and professional, happy to go the extra mile for viewings and arranging key collection. There was difficulty with some paperwork as the process developed, but Gina was a fab point of contact at all times. I was the buyer in this exchange, but would happily use them for services knowing their attitude towards clients is some of the best I???ve ever received in this business.
