This is the best estate agent I have come across so far. Unlike some of the other estate agents, Northwood has always responded quickly whenever we make an enquiry, such as helping us to find a flat at first and contacting the landlord for a washing machine replacement. They have been really helpful, which ensures our pleasant rental experience.

I've been a tenant with Northwood for almost a year now, and I've had no issues with them. Every time I've had to get in touch with them, they've been quick and responsive. If I've had an issue then they've arranged to get it sorted, and is usually dealt with promptly. I'm also given plenty of notice any time access to the property is needed.
