I was looking for a place to stay in Cardiff and my friend suggested Martin & Co. The staff members were very friendly, and helpful in finding me the right kind of housing. The agent Lauren was very supportive, she was great at communicating anything to me. Have viewed the property and was really pleased with the flat and the service I have received as a tenant. I found the whole process of getting the lease and paperwork done (DocuSign) very simple and painless. If you use Martin & Co, you have peace of mind. Great service!!!
