Update: The sales who introduced me the house belonged to "Whitstable branch" although the house is at Canterbury! He was late around 20 mins and let me wait in a very cold weather. And he did tell me the house is selling and caused me to suffer from a lot of unpredictable visiting. ----- I rent the house here just for six months. They didn't tell me the house is selling. So more than 20 visitors came to my house. Sometimes they even opened the door directly without any notice. They didn't turn off the light and fan in the toilet when I traveled 18 days. It made extra cost for the tenant. Besides, they are the people who do not know the basic respect. Before I arrive the UK, people said British are so gentleman, it turns out they cannot compete the elementary students. How come they can sell your house because they are so selfish!

Selfish agent. What they want is to get money from you, not providing the service.

Whitstable branch- very unprofessional agents with awful customer service! I made an appointment to view 2 houses, 5minutes before the appointment I called them to check on the house number, and they informed me that both appointments have been cancelled, and that they left me a message. That it is not true, I have not received any voicemail, neither any emails from them. Furthermore, Lucy, one of the sales agents, while talking to me on the phone has not apologised, all she did was just telling me that "it is fine", let's rebook it, which is a joke, I had to travel 30minutes to get to the appointment. Their staff have to get some customer service training to learn how to treat your clients!

Absolutely useless.

Not impressed. Poor service, manager rude,. They overpriced our house then advised us to drop price, refused to lower their commission, I had to call them for feedback on viewings as they never called us. We sold our house, showing the purchaser round ourselves, then never heard from them after it was sold. The sales negotiator lady called us three times, very poor service we felt from the whole branch. I would never use them again.
