So far martin and co have been very helpful as a Tennant. I was a student, and stuck with them for an extra year. So long as you report as soon as something is wrong they are quick to respond and I would say pretty fair. One thing I would say is that the photos of the house we're not the same as the house - it was quite dusty so they sent a cleaner but we just dusted ourselves too. There were marks on the walls when the artinerary didn't say this at all - however washing this off would was the paint off as said by martin and co and we were OK with this. All in all a good company for people who are working from home, were helpful through the pandemic. Any issues are responded too and at tower way, they are super helpful. Thanks 👍
