Absolutely lovely staff especially Rafaela Kyriakidou. Very professional, super helpful and friendly. She picks up the phone whenever needed and respond to our emails within few hours. I didn’t feel in their company as a foreigner I felt very welcomed as a friend. We are really lucky to meet Rafaela. I honestly feel reassured when she takes care of our procedures.
