As we went through with our viewing Danny was an exceptionally helpful aid in details, understanding the property and letting us know what needs to be done further. Afterwards we were in constant communication with Lauren once we were accepted as residents of the property, answering even the smallest of the questions as this was our first time with a lot of things. Having decided to sell my property portfolio in Canterbury, I interviewed a number of Estate Agents and asked them to write a report giving details of how they intended to sell my properties. Out of 5 agents I appointed Mann Sales & Letting and one other agent. Within days Mann Sales had found buyers for a couple of my properties and eventually I handed the whole portfolio to them, with the exception of 1 which was sold by another agent in a very protracted time-frame.
