Having decided to sell my property portfolio in Canterbury, I interviewed a number of Estate Agents and asked them to write a report giving details of how they intended to sell my properties. Out of 5 agents I appointed Mann Sales & Letting and one other agent. Within days Mann Sales had found buyers for a couple of my properties and eventually I handed the whole portfolio to them, with the exception of 1 which was sold by another agent in a very protracted time-frame.
