We have been renting through Mann for almost five years , and recently been told by our land lord , he is selling. stressful times !! (Specially when you have a dog. ) We approached Mann for help ,and from day one they have been amazing ! All staff have been helpful and professional throughout . Danny especially has stood out. We had a leak from the flat above over 6 months ago which they denied was happening. Danny Kelleher from the Canterbury branch came out straight away to see the problem and to try and help resolve it. Hayley Morgan was also very helpful and kept us informed what was happening. Though this problem took a long time to resolve Danny and Hayley saw this through to its conclusion and could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend them.
