From the moment we took on Webb’s to list our property we were blown away by everything they did for us. We had the house valued, pictured and sold in 3 days ! Justin who took the pictures was so charming and down to earth and instantly made us feel at ease. Charlotte in the Cannock progress office has been truly amazing. She has been a constant go to person throughout this whole experience as we also purchase a property through Webbs so having one person for both sale and purchase was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we have already recommended Webb’s and Charlotte to other friends and family. She is an asset to Webb’s and so glad we got to deal with her on every call. Rachel who works along side Charlotte was also lovely and always passed on messages for me, such a friendly bubbly person. Webbs have been brilliant from start to finish, Jamie Morris is who I spoke to initially,he was very professional and explained everything to me, he also answered and helped me with any queries I had. We ended up buying and selling our house through Webbs. They were professional and courteous throughout. Our sale took a long time to go through because of matters out of our own hands - such as but not limited to Covid. However, the after sales team were always there to help allay our worries and frustrations and made what is a very difficult process easier to cope with. Having spoken with other estate agents I doubt they would give the same kind of support as Webbs. I'd recommend to anyone.

We used webbs Estate Agents to sell our house. They did a great job for us from Start to finish. From the photos of the house which were very good then putting it on the internet. Then sending us text every time we had a viewing. Then when we found a buyer they kept us fully updated every step of the way until finally the completion day. The whole Webbs team are Very good at their job we would Highly recommend them

From start to finish our experience buying from Webbs was amazing. First to discuss our offer and sale with Jamie to the sale progressing with Ruby. She was amazing and always responded to my queries and got things moving again in a matter of hours. Can't fault our service with Webbs. All that is left to say is thank you for all the support.
