My house was put up for sale by my ex and his mother. My ex mother’s best friend put my house on the market who is sale manager at Webb’s. I was not informed my house was going on sale. I was informed or asked how much my house was going market for. The first week I was not informed by Webb’s any buyers that was going in to my house or any feed back. I was not emailed a sale letter off house when went on the market only when council asked for it to rehouse me. I was not informed when the surveyors was going to my house or given any feed back from them . They only start dealing with when told my ex I was not going pay the mortgage I would let bank take the house. I have near been treated so bad in my life by service that I was paying for.

Liers!l eft us with no heating no bathroom floor or shower with a baby for 7 weeks. deny they have record of any reports. Pass you from person to person so they can use the excuse of....sorry I wasn't dealing with it when that was reported. Advertising that there members of the governing body turns out there not even a member! Shady firm Perfect estate agents for dodgy landlords

You have reported an intermittent fault on your central heating, which is remedied by resetting the boiler. Your landlord has advised that the boiler is still under the manufactures warranty and he wishes for the repair to be completed as part of this guarantee. Dealing with property maintenance is of the highest priority to us, however from time to time, we must work within constraints imposed by either the landlord or the landlords own tradespeople. Absolutely apauling estate agents will not recommend to anyone .... left my son and young grand children with no heating ... flooding ... no electricity ..... absolutely disgraceful what they have done .... Do Not recommend at all sooner he moves out that Jack built house the better

Poor service from these agents. In response to the reply by Webbs, I have never been a tenant or landlord and neither would I want to be. I contacted you several times regarding properties to let in the Cannock area. I was repeatedly told I would be contacted back and to 'view the online video', after doing this I would repeatedly contact your office to express interest in said properties and was told I would get applications sent via email, after chasing this up several times I still had no contact from you. This happened with several properties. As I stated, a poor service so it's no surprise you have no record of me as your staff never recorded any of my interests, calls or emails. I am happy to forward you evidence if calls and emails if you prefer. Too add, my sister has been a tennant with you and she equally had a disgusting service with a property she was letting. I am again happy to share this property and its full list if problems that are not listed on the add! Tread carefully Webbs Cannock! 0/10 for you.
