Darren was available throughout the entire process - kept us updated and informed and always with a professional and friendly manner. A pleasure to deal with, Darren had answers to all our questions and when he didn’t have the answer he came back to us after conferring with the seller. Sale of Property through agent Darren Gibbinson, CBRE
Used CBRE as sole selling agent, and worked with Darren Gibbinson throughout the process. Had the luxury of a generous time to sell and complete given my anticipated moving on date and so had the opportunity to test the market and gauge the appropriate market price under Darren’s guidance. Excellent marketing materials were produced – photos, brochures, on-line presence, video tour etc. – all managed by Darren, who also hosted viewings often at short notice. We secured an offer relatively quickly, and Darren kept me informed and updated throughout the survey and sale process, liaising and chasing the eventual first time buyer until we finally completed successfully. As the buyer was prone to delaying, never having purchased before, Darren gave reassurance and helped what is always a stressful operation go as smoothly as possible. A great personal, tailored service from a large organisation. Highly recommended.

Helpful and efficient service
Daisy was an efficient and helpful adviser to us, who made the process very easy. She made herself available to us during every step of the process and cleared any doubts or issues we had in a prompt manner. Anticipative and very effective employee
Ed succede in a very natural way to ask questions and understand key features for a client quest. He has a natural quality to "read" people, but for sure training and working in a professional high standard environment like CBRE shape his personal skills. Professional and Friendly
