We used Martin and Co to sell our flat. All viewings were accompanied by a member of staff and arranged to fit in with our needs. They found us a buyer quickly and we were kept informed with what was happening all the way from start to finish with our sale. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and we would use them again to sell a property and recommend to a friend.

Having worked with 4 different estate agents over the last 3 months I have to say Martin & Co stand out for being the worst, by an absolute mile. We put a rental offer in and never heard back. We had to call every other day for about 3.5 weeks until they finally told us the property had been sold. Each phone call they promised to keep us in the loop. We would also turn up to their "shop" on the high street and it would be closed even though it was meant to be open. Multiple promises made and I must admit they obviously just didn't care. Would call and leave messages and they would never call back, would ask questions and never get a response. Just poor poor customer service (worst thing is I work in sales myself so I could read between the lines). It might be different if you are looking to buy a property but if you are looking to rent don't bother using them.

The worst experience I have ever had, my first experience in agencies. They were unresponsive at times unless it was to take money from you, unhelpful and it was such a nightmare to get the deposit returned, look elsewhere than this place...
