Selling a property which we had as a buy to let

10 years ago we pruchased the property from Brinsons and used it as a buy to let, over the years we have had 2-3 different tenants and various work done to the property, Brinsons have alway provided us with excellent service and managed the property to a high standard. We put the property on the market a few months ago and David Morgan handled the sale, we needed to have some refurbishment work carried out and David arranged for various tradesmen to acess the property. Once completed David arranged viewings and the property was quickly sold, we also have another house in Wales and would have no hesitation using Brinsons to sell that when the time comes.
