I recently bought a house through the your move bury branch the whole staff was very helpful and very friendly as they made the process very easy and they were very helpful as i was a first time house buyer and helped me with the process also when i asked them any question they would respond immediately with detail and special thanks to my mortgage consultant in bury office Mr Paul Jackson as hes done a amazing job for me and very friendly and responded well to my emails and calls also special thanks to other staff Rebecca partington (Becky) and Debra howarth they were excellent as without them it wouldn't have been possible so i recommend them to you also other staff Mark Abraham as well and i recommend them if you want the process to be quick this is the team you need.Once again thank you bury office your move.

I approached most of the estate agents in the area and your move was the only one to put us on their mailing list and more importantly, the only ones to give us a call to help us in our search too. Natalie was brilliant with her support throughout out process, her assistant caused confusion a few times sending mixed messages but Natalie always corrected these. Took a few months to get there not due to Embrace but rather the lender but was overall a positive experience.

I would just like to say what excellent service your company provided for letting out my flat . We dealt with a lady called Lucy who I must say was very professional and kept us informed all the way through the process. One of her major attributes was that as well as moving the process along quickly she answered our query’s either on the phone or by email very quickly which today is almost unknown . Your Move were really great in helping us with a house sale that we had to conduct 'remotely' from Nottingham, for a family member whose property is in Bury. They put a great brochure together, managed all the viewings, and kept up good communications with our buyers. All our emails and phone calls were dealt with promptly by Becky and Holly. They even helped us with the final meter readings. Mid-way through the process, there was an issue with Solicitor that Your Move had recommended, but Debbie helped escalate this to a satisfactory conclusion. I'd happily recommend Your Move Bury!
