The WORST lettings agency I have ever come across, fake promises that never materialise. With holding application fee for 6 weeks even though they are in the wrong. never experienced anything like it. staff communication must be done via messenger pigeon. General manager is never in, seems to have more holidays than the queen
Really disappointed. Currently renting from Belvoir but wouldnt again now. They authorised entry into my home without proper notice following an error on their side regarding annual gas safety checks (I even contacted them prior to inform them of this to help follow up any checks needed). No email or voice message etc was received as we would normally communicate well with re. the tenancy. In addition to this, whoever completed the annual gas safety check emptied a cupboard and left dirt all over my babys play mat, walked dirt through the house into the kitchen and left a broken glass on the side which they had moved/used. A few months on and we are still waiting for at least an explanation or apology after several attempts asking my query be sent to the manager.
I came to this estate agents to rent a property. At first they was fantastic and very helpful. But I later found that they had allowed myself and my 2 year old to move into a property with 2 abusive landlords that own GRMJ Properties, a heating system that's wasn't acceptable by myself and environmental health standards, damp problems and then 2 month into the tenancy myself and my infant would then go 3 months without hot water and after contacting them and asking them to help me find a new property they never contacted me back. The property had many many other problems. I moved out of the Abbey Crescent Property and I made the agency aware that all the problems was still there, they seem to show concern but the property was put straight onto the market even with the agency knowing that the landlords are abusive and they left me and my infact 3 months with no hot water and that environmental health had confirmed the property needs to have alot of work done it. I am sad to learn the concern from this company wasn't actually genuine. And after the angry and depression they knew I went though they still put the property on the marker for all of the next tenants to live in the same conditions as the landlords refuse to fix the property even with an infants living there. I asked to make a complaint when I called but they did not tell me the complaints system.
