Selling a family home of nearly 50 years was never going to be easy, but Becky & Sue helped a lot. They were our one constant source of information and help throughout a rather long, and at times frustrating (for them as well as us) process. They are polite & professional. They listen to what you say & genuinely care. Would I recommend them? Absolutely (& that's from someone who rarely recommends anyone)

The state agent was Shazad, Really nice customer service, very well presented considering we're in a pandemic and I couldn't do the viewing in person. They gave me a welcome pack as well. the only bad side is that the house wasn't properly cleaned and the bins where almost full from the previous tenants but that's probably not the state agent's fault.

Shazad was so helpful in finding us the perfect flat in the Rock within our budget, couldn't recommend him enough!

I've lived here for 7/8 years now and all of sudden last month they tell me i can not have pets when one the agencies workers agrees to that i could! But because I had not got it written writting to confirm they become fussy and wanted them out. I've had trouble with maintenance just letting them selfs in to do odd fixing jobs that needed attending too so I feel that is bad when I am a young adult living my own on occasions my partner stays with me from time to time so he wasn't their when one maintenance let them selves in so I just don't feel that good when you've ticked that you want to be present even tho I was in the flat he just let him self in with buzzing or nocking etc.
