I have been very happy with the service provided in my dealings with Belvoir and their staff who are always available on the phone. Shazad provided a good service in re-letting my property. He was active in keeping me updated on the progress during the letting process. Most appreciated.

I've lived here for 7/8 years now and all of sudden last month they tell me i can not have pets when one the agencies workers agrees to that i could! But because I had not got it written writting to confirm they become fussy and wanted them out. I've had trouble with maintenance just letting them selfs in to do odd fixing jobs that needed attending too so I feel that is bad when I am a young adult living my own on occasions my partner stays with me from time to time so he wasn't their when one maintenance let them selves in so I just don't feel that good when you've ticked that you want to be present even tho I was in the flat he just let him self in with buzzing or nocking etc.

I give this review based on the fact I have mold growing on all windows and leaks in the patio doors . They sent “window fitters” to come out and nothing was done because the part was in accessible. There’s a breeze coming from 4 of the windows and there’s only 5 windows in the property. Still about a month down the line now and nothings been done. Will definitely be leaving asap. What a joke.

Stay well away from belvoir based in bury! Terrible customer service and do not do what they say! I have used a few different Agents but only this one I will never use again!
