Great experience with Martin and Co, they were very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. In particular Charlotte was amazing, I had a hold up in my purchase that took quite a while to resolve but Charlotte was great in keeping me up to date with what was going on and chasing where she could. The rest of the team were also really friendly and helpful when I spoke to them too. Would really recommend.

Most helpful company, started using Martin and Co as our letting agent, for a 3 bedroom house.... Tamara initially came around to the property to consult and advise us on what to do prior to renting the property out. As neither of us live locally to the property it's been handy to have Martin and Co communicate with us if any issues arise, let us know if there's been any tennant requests too. Any work that has been done through their many contacts has been done at a reasonable price and in a quick time too. We're more than happy with the service that we've received going into our 3rd year of leasing to the same family. The fees charged are very reasonable too. Moving from the US to the UK came with plenty of challenges, but Matt made the process so much smoother. He was professional, courteous, and showed me several great places until I found the right one. On move-in day, I had a delay with an international wire transfer, but Matt went above and beyond—he contacted the landlord directly and got everything sorted so I could still move in that same day. Five stars—super easy to work with and just a genuinely good guy.

During our house search, we were lucky to have Charlotte show us around two properties, both times proving knowledgeable about the area and the properties themselves. Then from offer until completion on our eventual new house, she was great throughout, keeping us up-to-date on any progress and chasing parties when needed to minimise stagnation.
