I recently purchased a home for which Martin & Co BSE were the estate agents, and I worked with Charlotte. The process was as easy as it could possibly be from the estate agent angle, with quick responses, fast and convenient times booked for viewings, and Charlotte was extremely knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions about the property. Post completion, picking up keys etc. was very smooth as well!
