Most helpful company, started using Martin and Co as our letting agent, for a 3 bedroom house.... Tamara initially came around to the property to consult and advise us on what to do prior to renting the property out. As neither of us live locally to the property it's been handy to have Martin and Co communicate with us if any issues arise, let us know if there's been any tennant requests too. Any work that has been done through their many contacts has been done at a reasonable price and in a quick time too.
