I found the office very well organised and prompt when dealing with enquiries in my Agent, Charlotte Hopwood's, absence, which was rare. Charlotte has a lovely personality and a professional, focussed approach with her clients. She was always prompt with communication during the conveyance of the house purchase. Although we have decided to wait to sell our house at the moment ,we were very impressed with our visit from Justine to value the house for us.
