An amazingly positive experience from start to finish! i have dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years but Mackay Property really stand out as exceptional! The others could learn a lot from them. The regular, thorough and accurate communication throughout the process has been a real pleasure and made everything so smooth and stress free. I honestly cannot believe how easy Mackay Property have made things for me. To me the little things also really do matter so when Rachel took the time to speak with my young children about what they would like from their new home and ask about what their interests were, etc it made them feel included by the agent and lets be honest they are just as important as i am when it comes to making a decision about where we live. My family and I were selling our late father's home and as well as being compassionate to our situation, they were absolute professionals. They began by producing a 3D tour of the house, (which was a service other agents didn't provide) and put together a really detailed portfolio of the house. We met Adam from Mackay Property when viewing a house that we later decided wasn't quite right for us. We explained what we were looking for and Adam said he knew of a house (not yet on the market) that would be perfect for us. Adam sent us through all the details while we were on our honeymoon and not only arranged for us to be the first people to view the house when we got back but also accommodated our request to see it *again* later on the same day! Their knowledge of the local market and understanding their clients needs is excellent. 5 years later and we are very happy in our home.
