We just wanted to say a very, very big thank you to all those amazing people at F&C Bury St Edmunds. There were a few hiccups along the way (not of their or our making) but at all times, Neil, Kelly, Bobbi and Kristie worked tirelessly to solve them and kept us informed with compassion and humour. We were not the most lucrative property in their portfolio by any means, yet we were treated with as much time, courtesy and professionalism as any. They are an excellent team who are all aware of your situation and act on your behalf without waiting for a specific member to be available. Everything is followed up and potential hold-ups are anticipated and minimised. All along the way we felt supported by the whole team. We could not recommend them more highly to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property. They are a credit to their profession.

Would recommend. An efficient process from start to finish. We chose Fine and Country because we like their marketing, but they did manage the process well. We liked the fact that all the agents came out to see the house, Marianne their office manager is very good. All the agents were very responsive & got straight back to you.
