Fine by name and fabulously fine by nature, Chris and Marianne of Fine & Country Bury St Edmunds, are quite simply the best Estate Agents we have ever dealt with. We were impressed by their efficient, friendly and caring professionalism - plus the interior design prowess that Chris has in bucket loads! They clearly love their profession and it exudes from every polished pore! If we ever need to sell a house again, the fine folk of Fine and Country will definitely be our first port of call.

Fine and Country acted as the sellers for our purchase which we completed on last week. Although acting on behalf of the sellers, I found every interaction with them to be efficient and helpful. At the initial viewing the agent was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the property, an aspect of a sale many home owners don’t get to see, he made us feel at ease, allowed us to view the property without being intrusive but on hand to answer questions. During the subsequent sale Marianne and Dan answered numerous questions both during the initial sale, whilst exchanging contract and post sale. What I particularly liked about Fine and Country was that even post sale, when their fee had been secured and they had no financial benefit from helping us, they continued to provide an efficient, friendly and helpful service when resolving minor administrative tasks following our move.
