I recently had an issue with my boiler that took some time to be resolved, but I truly want to thank Leanne for her patience, kindness and professionalism. She was always polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help, even when the situation was difficult. In the end, everything was fixed and I really appreciate her support throughout the whole process. It means a lot to deal with someone who cares and communicates with respect. Nicholas Humphrey’s have been managing our properties now for approximately 18 months. They have always been very professional and prompt to deal with any issues. Contact is excellent and always updating with any changes needed. Alison has been our account manager for most of this time, with Kristie taking over during the past 6 months. Both are an absolute pleasure to deal with making our hands off experience far more enjoyable. I have recently rented a property in Woodville through Humphreys Letting Agents in Burton on Trent. Unfortunately due to illness I have had to move from the property because of the stairs.
