I've rented through Nicholas Humphreys for over 7 years. I've always found them to be efficient at contacting the landlord and resolving issues when there's been a problem. They have always been respectful when carrying out property inspections. More recently when my landlord decided to sell they handled this sensitively and professionally. This refers to the Burton-on Trent branch: Very happy client! We had dealt with NH before (for rentals), and this was the second time that we had sold a property through them. We dealt with Dave for the valuation, and he was excellent - professional, helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately, the market was very poor at the time (mid-2023) and there were various hold-ups (not their fault), which led to delays. BUT Victoria and Dave worked hard to get it "across the line", last week. Many thanks to them, as well as Simon and Annie! Recommended - 10/10 !
