Very efficient and professional

We recently contacted Your Move Burton on Trent as they sold our next door neighbors property very quickly and we we're unhappy with the service from our current agent (Seekers).. We were impressed by the Your Move branches professionalism, friendly and helpful staff in their office and the gentleman who came to value our house was very well prepared; he had researched similar property prices in the immediate area and printed off a copy of our epc certificate. You would think this is standard practice, however a couple of other agents who came to value the house didn't come prepared. For now, we haven't gone with Your Move, instead we've chosen to go with the agents that are selling the house we'd like to buy. However, if we are unable to sell with the current agent, we will probably turn to Your Move as we have a gut feeling that they probably have the best contact list of potential buyers. Only criticism from us is that the commission fees were a little steep compared with most agents in the area, but I suppose you "get what you pay for".
