Do what they say on the tin!!
After some disappointments in purchasing,this team were first class in their approach,, finding an alternative property for us and negotiating to overcome some late hurdles.. An estate agent you can trust
Having approached several estate agents when I initially decided to sell up, I found Newton Fallowell to be the best. An approachable and reliable team to deal with, providing a friendly and professional service when called upon. When issues arose they were able to help me resolve them to get things back on track and eventually into my new home. They are competitively priced and I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling their home.

Our 'go to' Estate Agent
Simon and his team are our family 'go to' Estate Agent every time. We have bought and sold through them several times since 2005 and have always found them to be professional and caring, with the ability to carry on smiling (through gritted teeth sometimes I'm sure) when thjngs get stressful! I havd also usedvthem as Agents for my rental property for many years and John and Ben do a greag job, keeping things ticking over nicely. So it's definitely a 5* from us

Fabulous personal service, nothing too much trouble at good price
From beginning to the end, of selling a deceased relatives property, the service was superb. Nothing was too much trouble, with the sale tailored to fit my circumstances with no increase in the reasonable price charged. Massive thanks to Simon and Sharon who made everything so easy and kept me informed all times.

Excellent service
Cannot fault the service, local market knowkedge, or dedication. Nothing was too much trouble to make the sale as pain free as possible for me the vendor. Would definitely use again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
