A wonderful team. They were so helpful with any questions we had about the house we were purchasing from them. Simon, Mark and everyone we spoke to were so ready to help us and went out of their way to do so. They helped us to chase solicitors at both ends of the purchase/sale. They always sound cheery when then answer the phone and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them.

After calling to discuss getting my property let after a tenant abandoned it, Ben came out to meet me, offered advice to get the property back on the market, had it listed within an hour of taking photos and the first enquiry within minutes of the listing going live. Ben & Jayne filtered enquiries to show only prospective potential future tenants around, and secured a new tenant within 4 days of listing. Were able to take care of arranging a solicitor and electrician I needed. All references and credit checks were dealt with promptly, so the whole process was very easy and light touch for me. Happy with cost of service when compared to competitors, will use again.

After making what became an unsuccessful enquiry for a property, the lettings team at Newton Fallowell were quick to contact me with another property that they felt would suit me - as soon as the owners put it on the market. Clearly, they had kept my initial enquiry (and details) on file and were keen to help both the owners and potential tenant very swiftly. Subsequently, the team made the transfer of utilities bills, etc. very smooth for this first time tenant and have been pleased to answer all my questions helpfully since I moved in.
