From the day I viewed to the day I completed the service was top notch and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The communication channels were always open and they were prompt at informing of any issues or changes. I had no issues during the process and was able to complete a lot earlier than expected which was amazing!

We cannot praise the team at Crew's highly enough. They sold our property within a day of it going on the market for over the asking price. Keith's advice on price and which buyer to go with was spot on, and James was brilliant in handling the sale from start to finish, as were the rest of the team. We would definitely use them again, highly recommended if you want a professional, value for money service to sell your house quickly and with a minimum amount of fuss!

They say you get what you pay for and this has never been truer when it comes to quality estate agency in my opinion. Will you find cheaper quotes (likely yes, but not many), will you get offered higher valuations for your property (of course if that’s what you want to hear) but will you get a better service from any estate agent in Burton and surrounds. In our experience definitely not. We have used Crew partnership for two recent property sales and all the way through our journeys from initial valuations from Keith, that were bang on the money, the organising of photos and 360 tours with Jess, timely completion of EPC’s and excellent ongoing support from James (and Karen and Jane) I can honestly say that we have had the best possible experience. Both properties sold extremely quickly, right on their valuations (which were strong in the current market) and the customer service was second to none. James in particular deserves an additional mention for managing our anxieties and frustrations throughout and always being on hand to follow up our queries and chase progress with solicitors etc. We would highly recommend this estate agency if you want an honest and fair appraisal, high quality sales and marketing materials and outstanding customer service all for a reasonable price.
