Dawn dealt efficiently with sale and whenever I contacted the office I got a prompt response. Overall from first contact to completion an efficient and friendly service.

I have been most impressed with the service I have received from the first moment I placed my house on the market to the completion of the sale. All the staff are friendly, empathetic and efficient. The Burnley office went above and beyond its duty of care and responsibility to me. In particular I would like to mention Dawn who has been absolutely excellent.
