I am a relatively new Belvoir tenant but the application and moving in process has been very fast and efficient. No complaints whatsoever, yet to have any problems or repairs required on my property.

Bit of a poor excuse for an estate agent to be honest, 3 weeks and counting for them to get back to me to arrange a viewing I'm sure if the sellers are aware they will be really pleased with the speed and efficiency these guys work.

I put my house in Nelson up for sale with Nigel Darcy estate agents who amalgamated with Belvoir during the process. Whilst I was very disappointed in Darcy estate agents communications I hoped that the new amalgamation would improve this and said so. Still no feedback, market appraisal or communication of any kind. After around 2 months, although I can't be sure because we were not told about the amalgamation until I rang to ask what if anything was happening, I withdrew the property from them and sold within 2 weeks with another local estate agent.

If Possible it would of been no stars at all, rude staff, bathroom was falling to bits reported many times to them but no action in terms of repair. Unreliable arrogant staff who do not listen to concerns of tennants, landlord who was associated with the house was never to be seen or heard from. Definitely the worst housing association and staff I have ever dealt with.

I am sorry you feel the property you recently vacated was not well maintained, however looking at reports made to us we have carried out various works during your tenancy and these were looked at and dealt with in a reasonable time frame. As for members of staff being arrogant and rude you should have raised any concerns with myself or one of the Directors, as I know that sometimes staff deal with unacceptable conversations and they are polite and professional at all times. Also if part of your review is in connection with your recent move out inspection, the correct procedures in connection with the condition of the property are being dealt with in accordance with the Deposit Protection Scheme, therefore you will have the opportunity to comment on the evidence we will present to them.
