Even before I entrusted Belvoir with the sourcing of tenants and the management of letting my property, I was given "heaps" of free and extremely helpful information about "buying to let - the do's and dont's" from the Belvoir management staff. Tenants were found and were moving in before I expected and this was after a couple of prospective families had been vetted but did not come up to the standard Belvoir required. This certainly made me feel comfortable in that I wasn't going to get a "difficult" tenant. During the period upto getting tenants, and indeed ever since, I have found the staff very easy to deal with and every query is dealt with quickly and professionally. I love going into the Office.
