It was such a pleasure to have worked with The Frost Partnership, Chesham, whilst buying my first home. Grace and Jess were stars throughout the process, they always came across as pleasant and personable whilst remaining professional. Nothing was too much trouble (and I was a pain at times, as i went back to view so often!) I had a small hiccup after completion and Grace followed it through to the end to get a resolution. I cant recommend them highly enough, they made a really stressful process much easier to deal with. I would work with them again without hesitation.

Started renting with Frost recently and they are amazing! I was in a situation where I needed a property ASAP and every agent I was speaking to were so rude, never got back to me and extremely I unsympathetic of my situation. After a month of booking in viewings and then being cancelled on the day as there was always an offer, I thought I would never find a place. Then I came across Frost and was put in contact with Wendy. I’ve never met an estate agent that takes such a friendly, helpful and positive approach as Wendy! She made the process so much more relaxing and is such a genuinely nice person. As a first time property owner it can be really daunting to understand the process but Wendy couldn't have made it easier. Wendy was clear on every step required, going above and beyond as I was in the process of moving abroad so letting me know of additional requirements for letting out the property. She provides prompt follow ups so I'm always updated and I have full trust my property is being managed in the best hands. After a bad experience with Purple Bricks (lesson learned!) we turned to Frosts in desperation to sell our house in order for us to purchase the house we had already had an offer accepted on. The service we received from Frosts was nothing short of outstanding. We found them to be polite, professional and supportive. Moreover they did the job we asked them to do. Our house is now sold and we moved into our new home this week. I purchased a house recently through Frost Partnership and I had a great experience with them. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. Purchasing house is a bit of a stressful thing but when you have people to support you though your journey of purchase, It will make your life easy and less stressful. Keep it up guys.
