Started renting with Frost recently and they are amazing! I was in a situation where I needed a property ASAP and every agent I was speaking to were so rude, never got back to me and extremely I unsympathetic of my situation. After a month of booking in viewings and then being cancelled on the day as there was always an offer, I thought I would never find a place. Then I came across Frost and was put in contact with Wendy. I’ve never met an estate agent that takes such a friendly, helpful and positive approach as Wendy! She made the process so much more relaxing and is such a genuinely nice person.
