I met Wendy Taylor some 8 years ago. I was considering renting out my house that I had decorated and renovated and very happily lived in for several years! It was an emotional step on several levels and Wendy explained everything very clearly and gave me a vast amounts of reassurance about the process and due diligence Frost carries out before letting out your home. In summary Wendy is the most professional letting manager I have dealt with and the most caring individual that I have ever met in the profession. She helped me every step of the way to rent out my property, addressed queries in a speedy and efficient manner everyime, and showed genuine happiness for me when everything worked out. This was my first time trying to find somewhere to rent and Wendy Taylor found the ideal place for me straight away. Wendy managed to make the process of me putting myself forward for the tenancy to the moment I moved in go very smoothly without any issues.
