I have always received excellent service from my Property Manager Isabella York . She is always polite and courteous and deals with all issues raised by me or the tenants proactively and promptly. She has been able to find new tenants for us quickly so that my property was not left empty. Thank you Isabella.

I usually avoid Estate Agents, had some bad experiences in the past, but so far no problems with Romans. Have not been intrusive, and let me keep to renting without bother! Aside from the usual inspection every 6 months, it usually doesn't take long. A matter of 10 mins, and done! Reporting repairs is also very easy. I would like to thank Isabella York for actioning all my concerns I have raised very quickly, literally same day, or the next day if I send a late night email. Doing so in a very friendly way!
