Outstanding Service! I was moving from India to the UK for employment and was in search of an apartment. I wanted to move in as early as possible after moving to UK to avoid spending crazy amount of money on hotel stay and to get a residential address ASAP, so started searching while I was in India. It's not easy to search and get an apartment before you actually move to UK. None of my friends who have moved before me have been successful in doing so. Thanks to Romans, specially Swati for helping me out in my search of a flat and completing the formalities on time. The staff of Romans is very helpful, diligent and do help you in every step before and after you move into an apartment. Plus, they have loads of offers on all other stuff that you would consider buying while moving in. I'll definitely recommend Romans to my friends who's in search of a house.

I usually avoid Estate Agents, had some bad experiences in the past, but so far no problems with Romans. Have not been intrusive, and let me keep to renting without bother! Aside from the usual inspection every 6 months, it usually doesn't take long. A matter of 10 mins, and done! Reporting repairs is also very easy.
