Having been faced with unimaginably difficult tenants, Kerensa, Izzy and Swati worked hard to resolve the problem. They have been my port of call and always endeavour to do the best they can. Swati has been impeccable and has found a wonderful family for the new tenancy. I was away on holiday during the entire process and Swati managed everything on my behalf including getting spare keys cut and even replaced batteries in the mandatory smoke alarms!
