I have read excellent reviews of Isabella York. Totally agree. This week she organised the boiler problems at my let property by organising the original fitters to return and renew the faulty parts. All organised with efficiency as she has always done with all tasks in the past. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who does not have a Google account. She has had Issy York as a managing agent for some time. My mother believes that she deserves a five star review for the personal attention given. My mother struggles with emails and if one has not been replied to, Issy will follow up with a telephone call. She has made managing the letting very easy for us. All service has been highly efficient and we are very satisfied.
