I have used Parkers for both property sale and letting. It's so hard to choose from brief interviews with a number of local agents. However, I feel we chose the most diligent and professional team and would recommend them to anyone locally. Patrick in particular was a star.

We sold and bought through Parkers in August and I would definitely recommend them. This is a very delayed review... but I purchased through Parker’s and received excellent communication with Patrick. His chasing, updating, liaising with myself, the chain, other agents and solicitors was outstanding. Whilst most of my communication was through Patrick, I appreciate it is a team effort from start to finish and they all did a fab job! If I come to sell my new purchase I will go back to Parker’s 😊

Stuart and Kyle and the rest of the team were excellent. They sold my house for asking in less than 10 days to someone they contacted rather than someone who saw it on Rightmove and likewise the property they sold me, Stuart mentioned it when I called about a different property which shows that Parkers added value over and above simply a route onto Rightmove. The exchange process dragged on as a chain of 6 or 7 can do but Parkers kept momentum going, kept chasing solicitors and ensured clients were kept informed and all working toward the same completion date. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again, I firmly believe that they provided so much more than an internet-only estate agent would have done.
