F&C, after a slightly slow sales process, were brilliant at making sure the chain came together for completion. They were professional yet personal and the tenacity of their sales progressor was invaluable. Alice basically made completion happen along the entire chain - other estate agents in the chain were largely absent. F&C are well worth the fee for this alone.
