Very strong and rapid communication, genuine (rather than perfunctory) engagement throughout the sale process, and always honest in their assessment of market realities and possibilities. We switched from another (inefficient) provider and my regret is that we didn’t go with David & Lund first time round. The staff are courteous, informed and seem to be authentically interested in doing a thorough job for clients. One can’t really ask for more. I purchased a buy to let property in Redhill from Connells. I had planned to use them as a letting agent also but they simply didn’t bother returning multiple calls.
