She made the process easier, she provided reassurance and kept on top of solicitors and as this is our first home it was so helpful. Harry showed us around our new home first and he was also helpful and answered our questions. Dallas was always on hand to answer phone calls and also kept on top of solicitors. He was very quick at sending and answering our emails.
