Been letting with JLL for about 10 years and recently had cause to seek some guidance regarding a legal matter - the team were excellent in raising potential outcomes and allowing me to make the right decision. The current lettings team are super efficient-especially Tianne who’s very quick to respond to issues, implement a plan and keep me informed. Very impressed.

Together with my wife, we had a nice experience with JLL to find a flat in Stratford. This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Tianne Harvey. She was very kind and supportive throughout the process!
Reply from Webbers Estate Agents Bude: Dear Saied, thank you for leaving such a positive review.
It was a fantastic experience working with JLL and specifically Tianne Harvey who provided exceptional service right from initial contact through to a very helpful viewing and on to the prompt and professional guidance throughout the whole renting process. I highly recommend JLL and thank you very much Tianne!
Reply from Webbers Estate Agents Bude: Dear Robert, thank you for your five star review. I will ensure this is passed on to Tianne.
I had a great experience working with Tianne from JLL while searching for a new apartment. She was friendly, responsive, and incredibly professional. What stood out for me was her communication — Tianne kept me informed at every stage and patiently answered all my questions. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

After being on the market with our 6 bedroom house for over 6 months with numerous local estate agents. Who all over promised and under delivered. We were struggling to find a buyer for our house. Then we were introduced to Andrew Overman and Molly at Location Location. They gave us a true valuation for our property, instead of over valuing it to win the business. Plus the effort they put in to market the property, was 100 times more than we experienced with any of the other 3 we used. It took a few weeks for them to find a suitable buyer. And the service and after sales support was amazing. We can't thank them enough. If you really want to sell your home in and around Thetford. They are 100% the best at the job. Steve & Jemma.

It was a pleasure to support you through the sale, and we’re so glad we could deliver the service and results you deserved. Wishing you all the very best for what comes next!
Brilliant service from Molly and Andy throughout our purchasing process. Always proactive and answered all our questions (as first time buyers there was a lot). Done everything they could to speed up the process. Will recommend them to everyone. Massive thanks again! Jayden and Megan
