We recently used Intercounty to both sell our home and purchase our new one, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The whole team were brilliant at keeping us updated, making sure everything kept moving, and guiding us through what can easily become a stressful process. A special mention has to go to Doug, who was fantastic throughout. His regular emails, clear communication, and proactive approach made a huge difference. He always ensured everyone had the information they needed in good time, and he was consistently easy to reach - whether by phone or email. His support genuinely helped keep the chain on track. We’re really grateful for all the work the team put in and would happily recommend Intercounty to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I am very pleased with the service I received from InterCounty during the long process of selling my property. I especially would like to thank Doug Whybrow for his encouraging, effective and honest help throughout the sale process. He is a great value for InterCounty. Warmest regards…

I’ve just exchanged! The experience was a lot easier than I had expected due to the excellent communication from Doug Whybrow he always answered promptly and answered any queries clearly. Thank you

Buying a property was a little daunting for me, but Doug Whybrow was very supportive, communicative and reassuring.

Having just moved in to a property, great thanks go to Darren at Hayward Fox who has helped us along the way as we addressed several issues with the house we were purchasing. Darren was extremely knowledgeable, professional and understanding dealing with all queries very comprehensively. It was a pleasure to work with him at Hayward Fox and would strongly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with the team handling our purchase of a Brockenhurst property. From the initial viewing through to exchange and completion, they were professional, responsive and proactive throughout. What really stood out was their communication and calm persistence in progressing the purchase. They kept all parties aligned, followed up where needed, and ensured momentum was maintained at key moments. Overall an excellent service with particular thanks to Darren and Chris.

Mike went above an beyond to try an get any information I required. I have been looking for a property for months now and of all the state agents I have met Mike from Daniel Hobbin in Torquay was the best by far! Thank you Mike.
