Webbers Estate Agents Bude

We had an excellent service in buying our new home in Wiltshire which was especially important as we were not local to the area. Updates were frequent and helpful to ensure that the house purchase went along smoothly and in good time and we were informed at all times of any developments. Friendly team of people who were all very helpful.

Can’t recommend LL Estates highly enough, they provided an excellent service from start to finish in the sale of my mum’s property. The all female team has injected a breath of fresh air into what was once a traditionally stuffy suit wearing male dominated environment, you’re doing a great job ladies, well done to you all.

We’ve just completed the sale of our house and LL Estates were fantastic throughout the whole process , from initially meeting Emily for the valuation then Mel handling the viewings and quickly finding us the perfect buyer. The photos and video tour were great also along with the social media posts. Highly recommended.

Brilliant, really helpful, and all the team on the same page with the same helpful, open and efficient approach. Emily In particular was a god send throughout our purchase. Really friendly, helpful, and incredibly supportive and efficient. Without Emily, our house purchase likely wouldn't have happened, but she was proactive and persistent with solicitors and what needed to be done, so that we could all work really well in the same direction. Will be forever grateful (although the process was so stressful) for how Emily remained the key supportive, helpful, and also faith keeping person throughout it all! Can't recommend Emily and LL Estates enough for purchasing through as we did, as well as from what we experienced, a great place to trust your house sale with, who do everything they can to make things happen, and keep things as seamless as possible.

Very happy to leave a review for LL Estates - 5 star all the way from initial appraisal with Louise through to day of completion and even after sales. Hannah - you have been amazing throughout this whole process and I have zero regret in choosing LL Estates. You are a credit to the business, consistent, reliable, honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy or sell through LL Estates you will not be disappointed in the least! Thank you all!

Absolutely fantastic. Hannah's communication throughout the entire process was amazing.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Melanie and the team. They were always there to answer my queries. They were professional and friendly at all times. I was kept up to date on everything regularly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Thank you x
