Our family are extremely grateful for the time and effort that Karl put into ensuring that we were able to buy our dream home. Nothing was too much trouble, And Karl was there throughout the transaction to answer our questions, Offer reassurance, And keep us updated with every development, A true professional. Anita went above and beyond at all stages of our house sale. From initial marketing to completion she was always available to discuss things and supported us though the process of getting the best price for our property to managing the exchange and completion process.

Anita and the F&C team did a brilliant job of helping us selling our home. We had to relocate in the early part of the sale process and Anita managed the process brilliantly. She dealt with all the viewings, managed the valuations for the purchasers and was able to just deal with everything for us. Once the solicitors became involved she managed the processing of the contract for us engaging with both sets of solicitors again really well. I would recommend Anita and the F&C team to anyone looking to sell their house successfully.

We worked with Anita Adams who was extremely helpful and enabled us to complete our sale whilst we were away on a short break. A very professional approach as well as going out of her way to make things happen. Highly recommended Lorraine Southwick

I wish we had been in the right area to use her services as our selling agent, I am sure it would have been a much better experience! Would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Excellent service from the start. Reliable and completely understood our needs. Fantastic brochure and lots of interest in the house. Viewings carried out regularly and professionally. Really impressed and would definitely recommend to others and use again. Good use of social media to enhance exposure.
