Daniel was exceptional. He helped us secure our dream property with honesty, authenticity and a friendly but professional manner throughout. He picked up our sale listing after difficulties with previous agents and with some great photography he transformed our listing and had us more offers in a week than our last agent had had in 3 months! When showing us around two properties he was marketing, Daniel was extremely helpful in suggesting and discussing how the properties could be adapted for our use. It was clear that he had excellent local knowledge. Where Daniel really excelled was in getting the sale completed. The property we bought was at the end of quite a long chain. It is fair to say that, without Daniel's persistence and professionalism, the process would have dragged on for a lot longer than it did.
