I used Tim Russ in Beaconsfield to draw up a rental contract for my tenant and carry out all of the referencing and prepare the flat (cleaning, gas certificate, etc) before they moved in. This was all done to a very tight deadline and there were some problems with the flat (such as failing the electrical inspection) along the way. Sue and Kathi were resourceful and professional throughout and dealt with the various issues calmly and quickly. Their tradespeople were also professional and diligent. All around very capable with a very good outcome.
